At the beginning of this year, I made a few goals for 2018 and Cusco Therapeutic Massage. One of them was to keep a regular blog going (which hasn't gone so well!), another was to get to 150 TripAdvisor reviews.
I am pleased to say that we got there a couple of months, so we have changed the target to 160 review. Thankfully all bar one were 5*,with the other being 4*, we are learning that TripAvisor is such an important tool for all those that work with tourists. It is used as a vetting tool to see if the provider and activity is worth the time and money. Thankfully our massages appear to be worth both.
We will continue to our learning and development so we can offer the best service all our clients to ensure that they leave our studio feeling healthier and happier than when they walked in.
