Option 2: Recovery Express — Altitude
Take a moment. Breathe easy.
Cusco sits at approximately 3,400 metres above sea level. Sometimes, we can overdo it and your body may need time to sit back and catch up. Take 20 minutes to sit back, relax and use our oxygen concentrator in the comfort of our dedicated recovery room. Put your feet up, switch off and give yourself a moment to recharge.

Do I need to be a trekker?
Not at all. Recovery Express is available to anyone looking for a comfortable recovery or relaxation experience.
How long does a session take?
Our standard sessions last 20 minutes. Longer options may also be available, depending on the treatment selected.
Can I combine compression boots and oxygen?
Yes. Recovery Express Pro combines both experiences in one booking, subject to suitability.
Is this the same as hyperbaric oxygen therapy?
No. Recovery Express uses an oxygen concentrator and is separate from our hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions. The equipment and delivery methods are different.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time though if you are close by then feel free to pop in.
