Do you accept card payment
Yes. We accept card payments at ReEnergize Cusco for all wellness and recovery services.
Is it best to book an appointment?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and secure the time and type of therapy you want.
What are your operating hours?
Our opening hours are 9:00am–7:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am–5:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
For early mornings, evenings, or extended hours, advance bookings are welcome — just reach out to us.
What is your cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the therapy cost.
Are tips expected?
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.
