Our Altitude Combo is designed to be the ultimate package in reducing the effects of altitude sickness and leaving you confident that you can take part in all the activities that you have planned.
You begin in our Hyperbaric Chamber, a pressurised chamber that allows for oxygen to dissolve and saturate the blood plasma increasing the body’s oxygen uptake significantly and helps to reduce side effects such as headaches and nausea. Inside the chamber some people choose to sleep, whilst others prefer to listen to podcasts or meditate, the treatment takes 60.
Once you leave the chamber you will be able to take a refreshing drink of muña or coca, two local herbs that have been used for thousands of years to fight altitude before being led into your massage.
Your massage will address any headaches or muscle soreness you may be feeling.
