Unfortunately too many trekkers are unprepared and end up struggling with altitude sickness, fatigue, or avoidable injuries — taking away from what should be an unforgettable experience. The Trek Ready Combo is designed to help you prepare properly and recover fully, so you can enjoy every moment of your time in Cusco and on the trail. Before your trek, you’ll receive a targeted pre-trek massage to activate key muscles and prepare your body for long days of hiking, followed by a session in our Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber to support acclimatisation at altitude. Post hike, return for a post-trek recovery massage to release sore, tired muscles, then finish with 60 minutes in our float tank. Floating in warm water with over half a tonne of Epsom salt delivers deep relaxation, full-body weightlessness, and a complete reset for both body and mind. Prepare well. Recover fully.
