This is why we have created our Pre/Post Trek Combos. These Combos aim to ensure that you don't just survive the trek but that you are able enjoy it.

We start with a Pre trek massage where we focus on your problem areas and the muscles that you will use during the trek.

For those that choose our Elite package, you will also get access to our Hyperbaric Chamber where we will address any affects of altitude sickness that you may have, as well as getting the body and mind in its best state.

You will leave our studio with the confidence to conquer the trek.

During the trek you will also have the assurance that we will be waiting for you on your return to get your legs back to feeling their best, ready for the next part of your holiday.

Once again, those who have chosen the Elite package will get to take advantage of our Hyperbaric Chamber for a faster recovery and to click the reset button.
